Montauban Mines: Old stope in amphibolite and marble of the Tetrault Pb-Zn mine in metamorphosed volcanic and sedimentary rocks of the the Grenville domain (about 1000 Ma) of southern Quebec. Cu is also present in stringer zones thought to represent the original footwall; hydrothermal alteration effects can still be recognized despite amphibolite grade metamorphism (Bernier and MacLean, 1993).
