the volcanic units. Hole FS-22 is located just down-dip of the main
orebody (details of this hole are given in Figure 12). Rhyolite A
forms the footwall, while rhyolite C forms the hangingwall immediately
above the orebody. The rapid thinning of the main orebody and the
disappearance of rhyolite C in the downdip direction may mark the
presence of a synvolcanic fault scarp in this area. Holes FS-13 and
LC-3 have not been sampled. |
